Job Description

As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and retention strategies for our digital payments platform. This is a rare opportunity to own both user and merchant growth across the entire lifecycle—from performance marketing to retention strategies.

You will be responsible for building campaigns that scale app downloads and increase stickiness while also driving merchant acquisition through smart targeting and funnel design.

Key areas of focus include planning and managing paid campaigns (Google, Meta), driving app installs and signups, designing lifecycle journeys to improve LTV and reduce churn, running A/B tests and segmenting users, and tracking and optimizing CAC, LTV, and CPA.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google, Meta)
  • Drive app installs, signups, merchant acquisition and engagement
  • Design lifecycle journeys (email, push, in-app) to improve LTV and reduce churn
  • Run A/B tests, segment users, and personalize communication
  • Track and optimize CAC, LTV, retention, CPA, ROAS
  • Own agency relationships and budgets with hands-on execution capability
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with 8-10 years of experience in growth/performance/lifecycle marketing, with a strong background in tools like GA4, AppsFlyer, HubSpot, MoEngage, and VWO.

Experience across both B2C and B2B funnels is highly valued, as is a strong analytics and experimentation mindset.

A fintech/app/payments background is a strong plus, but not essential.

Must-Have Skills:
