Advanced IT Training Specialist

An experienced IT trainer is sought to provide expert instruction in advanced Excel concepts and IT fundamentals.
- Deliver comprehensive training on IT essentials, including hardware and software knowledge.
- Teach students MS Word basics, such as layout, print, headers, footers, and mail merge.
- Instruct students on internet basics, covering web browsing, email creation, and online shopping.
- Cover essential tools like Google Drive, OneDrive, WebEx, Skype, TeamViewer, Any desk, Ammyy, and more.
- Dive deep into MS Excel, exploring cell references, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, power pivots, SUMIF, COUNTIF, IF, OR, AND functions, and data validation.
Requirements:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree
- At least 1 year of experience as a faculty or trainer
- Relevant industry experience (1-3 years) or aspiring for a career in teaching
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with patience and perseverance
- Good knowledge and practical experience in soft skill training/personality development
- Able to mentor, coach, and counsel students
- Liking for teaching as a career; prior experience as a faculty/trainer/instructor is desirable but not mandatory
- Student enrolment and placement for the course/batch
