Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Knowledge Management and Training Specialist to drive knowledge-sharing excellence across our organization. This role will play a key part in designing and implementing comprehensive roadmaps for knowledge transfer and management, ensuring critical process knowledge is captured, standardized, and effectively disseminated across teams during transitions and platform changes.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in Shared Services Organization/GBS/GCC, with 3+ years in training or learning & development roles. They will possess exceptional understanding of the critical success factors for GBS as a reliable, effective, and efficient business service provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement knowledge transfer and management roadmaps to capture, standardize, and disseminate critical process knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain training content, manuals, and e-learning modules for various systems and processes.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires, upskilling, and process changes.
  • Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Establish a structured review cycle to keep training materials aligned with system updates, process changes, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree HR/ Training (Finance/ Accounts is a plus)
  • CPTM/ATD Certification
  • Experience working in shared services, global finance operations, or transformation environments is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English
  • Tools : MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook
