Training Manager Job Opportunity

A challenging role that requires a Training Manager to lead our International Voice Process team.

About the Role:

  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
  • Develop effective induction and orientation sessions, training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
  • Resolve process-related opportunities and tailor training programs as necessary.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, simulations etc).
  • Schedule training sessions, organize information cascade and other interventions for the team.
  • Review existing training materials and manuals to determine appropriateness and relevance and update accordingly.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Training Manager in BPO or tenured Deputy Manager Training in International BPO(Customer service).
  • Experience in International Voice Process is mandatory.
