Job Title: Category Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven professional to lead the development of our product categories. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about category growth, supply chain optimization, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute effective strategies for onboarding top talent in the category.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer and partner experience through various projects.
  • Work closely with internal partners to execute multiple category and central level initiatives.
  • Analyze data using advanced Excel/ SQL/Tableau/Power BI skills to drive business decisions.
  • Be highly outcome-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize tasks to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 6 months to 2 years of work experience in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
