Job Title: Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Qualify inbound leads and schedule product demos online
- Conduct demos to uncover needs, present solutions, and close deals with qualified leads
- Actively listen to client challenges, handle objections, and propose tailored solutions
- Manage the sales cycle from discovery to account closure
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and CRM to ensure timely conversion
- Keep accurate records of sales activity and pipeline in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to optimize lead flow and conversion
- Proven experience closing SMB sales in a similar role
- Strong communication and presentation skills for Google Meet demos
- High empathy with prospects; ability to pitch solutions that align with their needs
- Confidence in handling objections and guiding prospects toward decisions
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured follow-up processes
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
