This leadership role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in domestic sales, a proven track record of success, and a deep understanding of the IT staffing industry.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities at B2B/B2C channels
  • Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high-quality service
  • Approach new businesses with proposals and negotiate deals
  • Manage and maintain sales/clients database
  • Establish and maintain efficient relationships with new and existing clients
  • Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory/channel
