
Business Development Specialist

**Job Summary:**
- Promote oil additives products in the Indian subcontinent to achieve challenging targets and grow existing business profitably.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build strong, trustful relationships with customers at different levels and acquire new customers.
- Identify market needs and recommend solutions for using oil additive technologies.
- Manage OEM and industry liaison activities, including identifying potential target Indian OEMs and promoting oil additive technologies.
- Coordinate with departments to support strategic goals of the business, including key account management, technical service, product management, customer service, supply chain, marketing services, and business development.
- Run market research activities, including market analysis, competitor analysis, product placement analysis, and local or regional price level analysis.
- Participate in fairs, conferences, customer events, and support customer satisfaction surveys upon request.
**Requirements:
- Degree in engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of lubricants and their application is preferred.
**Desirable Skills and Abilities:**
- Technical sales acumen, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and good communication skills.
- Open to new ideas and willing to propose them.
