Procurement Role Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to join our team as a procurement specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders, validating purchase requisitions, and handling escalated supplier issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Purchase Requisition Validation: Validate purchase requisitions and route them to the correct buying channel.
  • Supplier Issue Resolution: Handle escalated supplier issues and resolve any conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Reporting: Report on supplier non-compliance and escalate any issues to the Team Leader.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Graduate in Business / Supply Chain / Economics / International Trade with 12 to 24 months of relevant experience.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Orientation: Strong customer orientation is necessary for successful supplier relationship management.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Subject matter expertise in Procurement is required for making informed decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of standard IT applications and SAP environment is desirable.
