HR Systems Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining HR systems within Oracle EBS.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in HR system development, with a strong understanding of Oracle EBS and its various modules. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain HR systems within Oracle EBS, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of core HR modules.
  • Design and implement self-service HR functionalities, improving user experience and streamlining HR processes.
  • Configure and maintain OTL modules to track employee time and labor efficiently.
  • Develop and support absence management solutions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS and its various modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Experience with SQL and PLSQL development, with a focus on data integrity and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with BI Publisher and XML Publisher, with the ability to create and maintain reports.
