As a seasoned Interior Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of commercial office spaces.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of workplace design principles, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, budgets, and timelines, and developing space planning, conceptual designs, mood boards, and 3D presentations that effectively bring these ideas to life.

You will work closely with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects, selecting and finalizing materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with our high standards.

In addition to reviewing and approving detailed drawings before execution, you will also mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring compliance with safety codes, building regulations, and sustainability standards.

Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture, 4-7 years of experience in commercial office interiors, and a strong portfolio of workplace design projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office is essential, as is a thorough knowledge of materials, furniture systems, and MEP coordination.

Excellent client communication and presentation skills are crucial for success in this position, as are the ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results within tight deadlines.
