Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Automation Solutions Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (Power Platform) and custom apps using Power Apps to digitize and streamline processes.

As an Automation Solutions Architect, you will work closely with business stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for building and enhancing interactive dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI for data-driven decision-making.

Additional responsibilities include creating, configuring, and deploying Copilot-based AI agents for productivity, insights, and self-service use cases. You will also integrate AI models into enterprise workflows for enhanced decision-making and automation.

Furthermore, you will implement intelligent orchestration to connect different workplace systems for a unified employee experience. This includes continuously identifying and assessing new use cases within our environment, ensuring scalability, security, and value creation.

Finally, you will leverage APIs, connectors, and automation scripts to integrate workflows across cloud and on-prem platforms. Your focus will be on ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards in solution design.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, End User Computing or Automation/AI Solutions development.
  • Proven track record of building automation solutions, AI integrations, and workplace orchestration in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, endpoint management, collaboration tools, automation/orchestration, and security compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
