Job Title:

IT Service Management Architect

 

Job Description:

 As a skilled IT service management architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing innovative solutions to support business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop functional design documents, and collaborate on the implementation of IT service management applications.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IT service management applications, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineers, and system administrators to gather input and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Participate in discussions with business analysts and designers to refine test, debug programs, and ensure seamless integration.
  • Configure and customize the IT service management platform to support business processes and functionality.
  • Ensure tool configuration consistency across development, testing, sandbox, and production environments.
  • Provide ongoing production support and end-user support to ensure optimal system performance.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory Skills:

  • Experience with Cherwell ITSM, Data Dog, Flexera One, ScienceLogic, ServiceNow FSM, ServiceNow ITAM-HAM, ServiceNow ITOM-ServiceMapping, SolarWinds Server and Application Monitor, Splunk, VMware vRealize Automation - Administration.

Good to Have Skills:

  • AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Microsoft SCOM, OpsRamp, PowerBI.
