Job Title: UX Lead

The ideal candidate will have a portfolio that showcases exceptional UI quality and a thorough UX thought process. They must be knowledgeable about design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, and have a good understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.

This role involves designing, building, and delivering high-quality UX for global projects with innovative ideas. Responsibilities include creating storyboards, wireframes, high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma, and advocating for user-centered design processes.

The successful candidate will lead the design team and present the final product to clients for feedback. They must have a well-structured design portfolio in Behance/Dribbble that showcases great UI quality and an in-depth UX thought process.

This position requires a self-motivated, problem-solving personality with a growth mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to articulate positions. The ideal candidate will also have a bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, a hunger for innovation, and a willingness to learn new technologies and design skills.
