Senior UI UX Designer

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating exceptional product experiences that meet the needs of tech startups.

The successful candidate will have opportunities to work on great products, including mobile apps and web applications, and collaborate with innovative founders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and develop user-centered solutions.
  • Conduct research and create user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to lay the foundation for outstanding product experiences.
  • Present research findings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Design low- and high-fidelity wireframes during pre-sales and post-sales phases to facilitate client understanding of user journeys.
  • Collaborate with the development team to guide them regarding user journeys.
  • Develop high-quality user interfaces and obtain client approvals.
  • Ensure the development team has all necessary design assets in a timely manner.
  • Smoothly hand off designs to the development team with minimal gaps.
  • Review development builds and provide feedback to ensure UX/UI recommendations are implemented.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Confidence, organization, humility, patience, soft-spokenness, quick learning, and a drive to excel.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile app development projects.
  • Understanding of human interface guidelines.
  • Basic knowledge of app development processes.
  • Ability to innovate and help clients develop new concepts.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Figma.
  • Design thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
