About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can design clean, modern, and intuitive user experiences for our web applications. You'll work closely with the product and development team to turn complex data and workflows into simple, user-friendly designs.

This role is ideal for someone who loves taking ideas from concept to pixel-perfect screens and enjoys designing SaaS dashboards, onboarding flows, and data-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • Design web dashboards, data displays, and interactive flows that are simple and intuitive.
  • Create style guides, design systems, and reusable UI components.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  • Conduct user testing and feedback sessions to refine user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (portfolio required).
  • Strong skills in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for wireframing and prototyping.
  • Understanding of responsive design and best practices for web/mobile apps.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
  • Ability to create design systems and consistent visual guidelines.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with product managers and developers.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience designing for SaaS platforms or data-heavy dashboards.
  • Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS, React components) to collaborate better with devs.
  • Motion/interaction design skills (micro-animations, transitions).
