Lead Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who has a proven track record of managing a large team of recruiters, ensuring timely delivery of recruitment services. As a Lead Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, business associates, colleges, technical institutions, NGOs, and internal teams through excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large team of recruiters to achieve sales targets and improve client satisfaction.
  • Plan and manage manpower requirements to meet business needs.
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve sales targets and improve client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing a large team of recruiters.
  • Excellent Excel skills for MIS reporting and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to travel to branches for recruitment drives, training, and meetings with clients.
