Operations Manager Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to manage a cluster/region having 10-15 properties each having 40-50 keys.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  1. Understanding the company's vision, various properties, operational structure, organisational hierarchy, user demographics, etc.
  2. Implementing operational standards and ensuring adherence in all departments including front office, housekeeping, front desk, F&B, maintenance & engineering, training & development, etc.
  3. Conducting regular audits to monitor service quality, identifying improvements and implementing corrective actions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality/hotel management
  • Min. 6 years experience in the hospitality industry (with extensive operational experience in managing multiple properties or regions)
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling teams, managing diverse operations and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and time-management skills
  • Fluency in English and local language is a MUST
  • Willingness to travel and manage hotels/hostels across various locations
