Regional Manager 

Position Overview:

PlayAll Sports is seeking an experienced Regional Manager will oversee operations across multiple sports complexes, lead and motivate site managers, manage roasters, and ensure smooth daily operations. They should be able to analyze market trends, conduct site audits, manage stocks, and verify cash records. Frequent travel and a strong focus on creating a positive work culture are essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Visit sites regularly to ensure smooth operations and conduct audits.
  • Lead and support site managers, fostering teamwork and efficiency.
  • Monitor stock records and verify financial records.
  • Analyze competitor activities and provide practical recommendations.
  • Handle daily operational issues and resolve challenges quickly
  •  Improve customer experience across sites.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in operations management.
  • Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in multi-site operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in stock management and financial oversight.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
  • Fluent in Hindi & English.

Salary Bracket

  • Salary – Between 2.4 L to 3.6 L C
  • Including Variable
