Lead E-commerce Strategist

Job Description:

The Head of E-commerce is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our e-commerce business.

Key Objectives:

  • Own the full profit and loss statement for the geography.
  • Set aggressive revenue, margin, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Forecast demand and manage end-to-end inventory.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Define product-market fit and localize hero SKUs.
  • Craft new-product roadmaps and sunset low-return-on-investment (ROI) lines.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to adapt formulations for regional regulations and sensorial preferences.
  • Orchestrate 360-degree marketing efforts, including performance, influencer, CRM, and PR efforts.
  • Negotiate with third-party logistics providers, payment partners, and duty consultants to optimize landed costs and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Lead cross-functional teams, recruit, mentor, and performance-manage talent.
  • Champion customer obsession, mine voice-of-customer (VOC) insights, and drive strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure legal and tax compliance and present quarterly business reviews to global leadership.
