Job Title:

Operations Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our region. As a key leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Leads and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with design and production teams to maintain alignment with committed timelines. You will also manage internal stakeholders such as Finance, Vendor teams, and Installer teams to ensure they receive necessary support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless customer experience from project booking to handover.
  • Act as the highest point of escalation for your region and resolve customer issues within committed ETAs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enable faster issue resolution.
  • Empower and hire talented team members to strengthen your regional team.
  • Enforce adherence to defined processes and standards for a standardized customer experience.
  • Monitor and improve Customer Move In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and Quick resolution of customer escalations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in similar industries or roles preferred.
  • 7-12 years of overall work experience.
  • Proven people management skills with direct team reporting experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
