Job Description

As a seasoned marketing professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy for our cross-border advertising initiatives in Asia. Your expertise will be instrumental in building and executing marketing campaigns that drive awareness, activation, and engagement for sellers and advertisers across the region.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Indian market landscape, with experience in B2B marketing and working with small and medium businesses (SMB) in the e-commerce or digital advertising sector. Familiarity with Amazon Advertising products, e-commerce platforms, and self-service ad tools is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and conversion
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Optimize marketing campaigns to improve key metrics such as CTR, open rates, and advertiser registration
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, education, or a related field

Education:

  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with cross-border or international marketing campaigns, particularly for Indian brands or sellers expanding globally
  • Fluency in multiple Indian languages and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
