
Strategic Marketing Leader

Additionally, this role will require strong analytical skills to analyze sales and market data, driving insights that inform marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have:
- A Master's degree in Business Administration or related field with 12-14 years of overall experience.
- Ideal experience of 4-5 years in brand management.
- Mandatory requirement of 2-3 years of sales/trade marketing experience.
- Proven track record of developing B2C growth marketing strategies that deliver tangible business results.
Desirable qualifications include:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Familiarity with the consumer goods industry and its challenges/opportunities.

- Developing a deep understanding of consumer needs and trends to inform marketing activities.
- Working closely with Shopper & Trade Marketing, Sales teams to analyze sales & market data to develop relevant initiatives.
We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service through iconic and first-of-its-kind campaigns. As an Associate Director, you will strategize actions around Consumer Empathy and engage consumers through hyperlocal marketing and AI-powered personalized campaigns.
- Deliver tangible business results through B2C growth marketing strategies.
- Use consumer insights on needs and trends as inputs for developing marketing activities.
As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for leading brand communication, media strategy & planning, and managing internal cross-functional teams on key projects/interventions to deliver on brand objectives. Additionally, you will work with Consumer & Market Insight teams to monitor, analyze, and evaluate market/consumer trends, competitor activity to identify new opportunities for the brand.
- Lead cost savings/gross margin actions through process improvement.
- Support inventory optimization projects.
We are committed to driving digital transformation and people agenda within the brand teams to improve processes and efficiency. As an Associate Director, you will lead digital transformation, drive innovation that increases penetration or premiumization or sales, and effectively manage external interfaces (Advertising/Creative, Design, Media, Activation, Digital & PR agencies).
- Evaluate and enable deployment of relevant plans on various sub-brands to achieve master brand objectives.
- Review plans on an ongoing basis (including spends) to adapt as required.
