Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid media efforts and drive user acquisition and revenue growth across multiple international markets.

This is a key role for someone who can develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, leveraging their expertise in platform tools and analytics suites.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across multiple platforms and countries, with excellent analytical skills to turn raw data into actionable insights.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while providing regular reports on campaign performance and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in paid digital marketing with a strong understanding of what drives successful results through the funnel.
  • Familiarity with A/B multivariate and lift tests, as well as localising campaigns for global audiences and optimising creative and messaging for cultural relevance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Leverage data insights to inform campaign decisions and improve overall performance.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to brief, review, and iterate creative assets that follow best practices for each platform.
  • Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to senior management to ensure continued growth and improvement.
