Job Title: Technical Support Specialist - German Language

About the Role:



The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers who require assistance in German. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide technical support to customers in German via phone, email, and chat.
  • Analyze system logs to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Remotely troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
  • Consistently achieve client KPIs and work towards improving customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize and actively participate in the improvement of the existing client Knowledge Database.
  • Provide high-level technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving.


Requirements:




  • Fluency in German (must be at least C1)
  • Communicative level of English (at least B2)

Relocation Package:




  • Free stay for 2 weeks in a hotel
