Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Growth Associate at Maionic, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying potential prospects, gathering leads, and connecting with them through various outreach methods. Your key responsibilities will include researching ideal customer companies and persona profiles, gathering leads through online tools and databases, qualifying leads by uncovering their needs and pain points, and maintaining a robust lead management system. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to track and report on key performance indicators. With a strong focus on results-driven approach, we offer a competitive salary and commission structure, along with training and grooming by industry experts.

Estimated Salary: 7,00,000 - 9,00,000 INR per annum (dependent on experience).
