We are engaged in the development of next-generation missions and technologies to meet future warfare needs of Indian defense forces.

Our efforts focus on enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. We have a product development portfolio that includes a solar power stratospheric high-altitude pseudo-satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground launched stand-off autonomous system.

As a senior electrical power engineer, you will lead electrical system and power electronics design activities. This involves performing analysis, including FMECA, simulations, modeling, etc., conducting designs/documents/test-plan reviews.

You should have a strong hold on power supply design, power converters, analog & digital control, MOSFETs/GaNs, gate driver circuitry, transformer/inductor design, etc. Experience with multiple product development stages - circuit design, simulations & analysis, manufacturing and validation is essential.

Experience with modeling & simulation tools such as Spice, MATLAB / Simulink, PSIM, and PCB Design tools like Eagle/OrCad/Altium is also necessary. Familiarity with Solar arrays/MPPT/Battery/BMS/Wiring Harness topics is beneficial.

Component level & system level certification and standards experience, as well as knowledge of Aerospace/Automotive domains, are highly valued. The basic requirement for this position is:
