Electrical Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned electrical engineering professional to lead our Power Electronics team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performance electrical engineering team by fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Strategically allocate resources within the department, including personnel assignments and equipment procurement for efficient project completion.
  • Hire and retain top talents through effective training and performance evaluation.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in designing complex power electronics hardware, power electronics controls, and microcontroller-based products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems, contribute to program planning and execution, and set performance goals that align with the company's vision.
Requirements:
  • A master's degree or higher with specialization in power electronics, controls, and embedded systems.
  • At least 15 years of experience in design and development of power electronics products from concept to release in fields such as solar inverters, UPS, single or three-phase EV chargers, DC or AC drives, power quality, and power distribution.
  • Proven track record of managing a decent-sized team (min. 8 members) related to power electronics, power electronics controls, and embedded systems.
