Electrical Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of our electrical design team, you will be responsible for leading the development of electrical designs for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead electrical design teams to produce high-quality designs on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure that designs meet client requirements.
- Ensure that all designs are compliant with relevant codes and standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior designers to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of technical specifications and documentation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Chartered Engineer status or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design and leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design software and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Prior experience in rail engineering and design.
- Knowledge of BIM and common data environment.
- Experience with industry-standard CAD systems.
