Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our team. This role is responsible for driving client KPIs, maintaining attrition and shrinkage, and ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive client KPIs and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including staffing levels, scheduling, and employee performance.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise employees, provide coaching and training as needed, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Act as a role model for all employees by exhibiting a high level of service and attention to detail in all tasks.
