Job Title: Team Leader

As a team leader, you will oversee daily team supervision, ensuring work and attendance monitoring comply with organizational policies and applicable laws.

Key responsibilities include imparting effective coaching to team members to achieve high-performance delivery. This includes identifying performance-related issues, developing action plans for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.

You will also ensure services delivered to customers meet contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) expectations and financial requirements. Regularly communicating expectations to employees and providing timely updates are essential.

Team meetings will be conducted to facilitate communication of relevant information, scheduling, and organizing team activities. Staying up-to-date on internal work processes, policies, and procedures is crucial. Attending manager development training is necessary for exercising independent judgment and discretion in performing key functions.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. The ability to lead team members, multitasking, prioritization, and meeting project deadlines are critical.
