Job Opportunity: Service Supervisor / Field Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Supervisor / Field Technician to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and providing technical support for our products across India.

This field-based role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service with frequent travel.

  • Install and maintain equipment at customer locations.
  • Diagnose issues efficiently and resolve warranty complaints.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and quick resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and visits.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.

  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems.
  • Troubleshooting and repair expertise in industrial equipment.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region and across India.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or railway industry preferred.
