Workforce Solutions Supervisor - Operations & Analytics

About this role:

As a Workforce Solutions Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and executing reporting and analytic needs, process documentation, and audit responsibilities across the contingent workforce program.

  • Develop dashboards and data sets that track defined KPIs, SLAs or support employee or vendor audiences.
  • Ensure all internal processes are defined, streamlined, and documented.
  • Execute internal audit activities, including Vendor Management System data validation and monthly access reviews.
  • Serve as Audit liaison with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute vendor QBR reporting and quarterly/annual cost savings reporting processes.
  • Provide financial summary and conduct year-end accrual accounting activities for VMS invoicing.

Key Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Contingent Workforce Program or Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
  • Process-oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team environment and flexible attitude.
