Job Title: Team Leader Operations

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 15–20 members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Drive team performance across productivity, quality, shrinkage, and attrition, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide regular coaching and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and address process gaps.
  • Review and recommend improvements to processes to enhance performance and customer satisfaction (CSAT), ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify training needs and implement targeted programs to upskill the team, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Monitor performance metrics and conduct weekly coaching sessions to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Handle floor support and escalations, providing timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure achievement of individual contributor (IC) targets, including maintaining Average Handle Time (AHT) levels as per targets across tenure buckets.
  • Utilize basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, to analyze data and inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in handling international processes, demonstrating adaptability and cultural awareness.
  • Experience in team management and supervision, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
