Job Description

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in spearheading all technical operations. Coordinating with clients to understand business requirements and suggesting the best possible solutions while ensuring timely delivery of approved solutions is a key responsibility.

Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing all aspects of the project, including documentation, design, code, security, and retention of team members, and reporting on these aspects to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical expertise: Back End - FastAPI, MongoDB, Python, PGSQL; Front End - React Js; DevOps - CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Linux servers, Azure, Redis.
  • Leadership skills: Writing optimized codes and ensuring the team follows the same standards.
  • Supervisory skills: Supervising DevOps, servers, and AI development-related work, keeping everything in sync.
  • Strategic thinking: Determining requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
  • Communication skills: Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure work is delivered on time.
  • Risk management: Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
  • Continuous improvement: Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
  • Industry knowledge: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Team collaboration: Utilizing version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes to the codebase.
  • Adaptability: Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
