About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead audience acquisition and event management for multiple online and offline events & campaigns.

This is a senior leadership position requiring operational expertise, strategic vision, and proven ability to drive attendance growth, manage complex event operations, and build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audience Acquisition & Event Marketing:
    • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for online & offline events, conferences, and campaigns across industries.
    • Leverage multi-channel outreach (email/SMS campaigns, social media, tele-calling, affiliates, and database marketing) to maximize attendee engagement and conversion.
    • Build and maintain high-quality databases, ensuring accurate targeting and segmentation for campaigns.
    • Drive consistent audience growth with measurable improvement in attendee retention and satisfaction.
  • Event & Campaign Operations:
    • Lead end-to-end execution of multiple events simultaneously, from planning to delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth event operations and logistics.
    • Oversee budget planning, cost optimization, and vendor negotiations to maximize ROI and value.
    • Implement data-driven strategies to track and measure event success (ROI, conversion, customer engagement).
  • Stakeholder & Client Management:
    • Manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and resolution of escalations.
    • Partner with key stakeholders to build strategic alliances and long-term partnerships.
    • Align with internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Leadership & Team Development:
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of managers, analysts, and operations professionals.
    • Define KRAs, monitor performance, and ensure structured training and skill development.
    • Foster a collaborative culture, ensuring employee growth and retention.
