We are seeking a skilled Delegate Acquisition Executive to drive participation at our international events and conferences. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build relationships with senior executives.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for community building, be self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven. They should enjoy networking, research, and community engagement in the B2B events space.

  • Identify, research, and engage senior executives in AI, Data, and Technology domains.
  • Drive registrations for our international conferences and forums. Maintain high-quality communication with potential attendees via email and calls.
  • Research and map industry thought leaders, innovators, and executives suitable for event agendas. Reach out, pitch event value propositions, and secure commitments from high-caliber speakers. Coordinate with the content team to align speaker profiles with session topics.
  • Build strong relationships with participants and maintain an active network for future events. Act as the point of contact for confirmed delegates and speakers, ensuring a seamless pre-event experience.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–4 years of experience in delegate acquisition, inside sales, business development for events/conferences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage senior-level executives. Ability to research, identify, and qualify potential attendees and speakers. Familiarity with outreach strategies (email, calling).
