About the Position
This role involves planning and implementing sales, marketing, and product development programs across existing and new markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a basket of opportunities with implementable plans, analysing market trends and client needs, and providing inputs to reporting managers to prepare vertical sales plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Planning: Analyse client information, market trends, and competition to develop sales strategies that meet budgeted figures.
- Team Management: Lead and manage teams to ensure effective implementation of sales plans.
- Smart Selling and New Initiatives: Create new business opportunities through smart selling and innovative ideas.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have at least 12 years of experience in sales and marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Location and Work Mode
Kolkata, with a Work-From-Office (WFO) mode.
Estimated Salary
Rs 25 lakhs per annum.
