Sales Director for D2C Last-Mile and B2B Verticals

Our cutting-edge tech platform seamlessly connects brands and enterprises to marketplaces and delivery networks, offering real-time order sync, cloud-based warehousing, order management, and advanced last-mile deliveries.
Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our D2C Last-mile, D2C Warehousing, B2B Warehousing, and B2B Last-Mile operations from our Greater Delhi Area office. This full-time on-site role involves overseeing sales operations, managing a sales team, and implementing revenue-driven strategies to achieve growth in respective verticals.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of sales operations and management of a sales team
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required; experience in logistics or e-commerce industry preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in account management and team management
- Proven track record in sales and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to lead and motivate sales teams
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹10,50,000 - ₹15,00,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The compensation package includes benefits aligned with Warehousity's policies and practices.
