Personalized Home Manager Role
  • A dedicated Personalized Home Manager helps families with miscellaneous home requests, from decorating to planning holidays and taking care of children or the elderly.
Key Responsibilities of a Personalized Home Manager
  1. Customer Onboarding: Understand the customer's context, explain how Pinch can ease their life, and onboard them seamlessly onto our ecosystem of services.
  2. Solution Deployment: Define interventions needed, deploy trained domestic helps, undertake periodic supervision, and assign errands to Operations Associates.
  3. Partner Management: Work with our central partner ecosystem, onboard local quality partners, oversee work quality, and provide feedback.
  4. Customer Lifecycle Management: Have deeper dialogues, educate and enable customers to adopt wider services, and determine customer satisfaction.
  5. Customer Feedback & Service Improvement: Identify areas of improvement, iterate solution design, and raise complaints or feedback.
