**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Health BIM Specialist to join our team.

This role involves the creation and management of detailed BIM models for public health projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Revit & Navisworks, as well as a strong background in Mechanical Engineering.

A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in similar roles is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BIM Development: Create and manage detailed BIM models for public health projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.
  • Model Coordination: Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure that all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.
  • Project Management: Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience with Revit & Navisworks, strong background in Mechanical Engineering, and a minimum of 2-4 years' experience in similar roles.
