Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Technician to join our team. As a BIM Technician, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our communities by creating high-quality watermains, piping layouts, and profile drawings using Autodesk Civil 3D software.

You will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed drawings, including conceptual sketches and construction drawings. Additionally, you will create Revit MEP, HVAC, and Electrical models to meet client requirements.

Your success as a BIM Technician will depend on your ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Civil Engineering Discipline: You must have a minimum of an Under Graduation degree (or be pursuing one) in Civil Engineering.
  • AutoCAD Drafting and Autodesk Civil 3D Design Experience: You should have at least 3-8 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting and Autodesk Civil 3D design.
  • Teamwork and Individual Work: You must be able to work effectively as part of a team or on an individual basis.
Preferred Skills:
  • BIM Processes and Standards: Experience with BIM processes and standards is highly preferred.
