Job Title: BIM Coordinator MEP

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team at arth.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the digital delivery and integration of projects, utilizing their technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM for projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflows.
  • Develop and implement BIM protocols and standards within the MEP project team, driving consistency and excellence.
  • Analyse client requirements and develop effective BIM Execution Plans for deliverables.
  • Document and communicate best practices and workflows to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Serve as primary contact for BIM-related technical support, providing expert guidance and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Liaise with BIM Specialists, Modelers, Leads, and Managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage Revit project production, contents, and Standard Library objects, maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Create families and possess expertise in modeling, enabling the creation of complex designs.
  • Collaborate on multidisciplinary models, fostering innovation and precision.
  • Lead and manage a team of MEP CAD/Revit Modelers, promoting growth and development.
  • Conduct quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced.
  • Utilize Navisworks tools for review, QC, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform QA/QC before deliverables, guaranteeing high-quality results.
  • Provide one-to-one mentoring on 'Best Practice' workflows to project teams as required.
  • Monitor team compliance with BIM standards and guidelines, driving excellence and consistency.
  • Conduct project studies and explain complex concepts to modelers, promoting understanding and skill development.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients, addressing issues and concerns related to the project.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in design, drafting, and BIM management on large-scale projects.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools, with experience using Navis for coordination.
  • Strong technical knowledge of MEP services, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems.
  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibilities, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
