Interior Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Specialist to join our organization. As an Interior Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional interior spaces.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conceptual Design: Develop conceptual design ideas and building interior drawings that address exacting project functions of aesthetics and practicality.
  • Analysis and Research: Analyze user requirements while participating in research and conceptual development of designs.
  • Design Presentation: Present architectural interior design ideas and planning by free-hand sketches.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in a team and coordinate with other disciplines.
  • Documentation: Prepare construction drawings, documents, specifications for architecture interior design and maintain graphical standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or relevant field.
  • Experience: 4-10 years of experience with technical competency.
  • Software Proficiency: Good knowledge of Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.
  • Additional Skills: Familiarity with software such as Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Key Qualifications:
  • Product Selection: Textures and material product selections.
  • Decorative Elements: Furniture, decorative lighting, equipment & window treatment product selections.
  • Ergonomics: Ergonomic considerations.
  • Lighting Design: Architectural interior lighting.
  • Sanitary Fixtures: Sanitary fixtures, fitting & accessory products.
  • Accessibility: Disability codes and applicability to layouts.
  • Material Sample Boards: Material sample boards.
Desirable Skills:
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills.
  • Language: Excellent command in English Language.
  • Creativity: Enthusiastic, inventive and imaginative bent of mind.
  • Technical Knowledge: Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Revit.
