About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Implementation Coordinator for Life Skills Programs.

  • Implement life skills programs at schools across Hyderabad.
  • Work closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure smooth program implementation.
  • Oversee the implementation process, collaborate with school stakeholders, and support teachers in effectively delivering programs to students.

This role requires a self-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, going beyond defined tasks to ensure program success.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with proven experience in coordinating, training, and implementing educational programs in schools.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.
  • Conduct needs assessments and feedback from school teachers and management.
  • Address concerns and challenges faced by schools during implementation.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for school staff on program delivery.
  • Collect data on program implementation and impact.
  • Prepare reports for the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in coordinating, training, and implementing educational programs in schools.
  • Willingness to travel to assigned schools for program implementation and support activities.
  • 2-5 years of experience in education, program management, or a relevant field.
Additional Desirable Skills
  • Experience in life skills education or related fields.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of the Indian education system.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Hindi).
