We are seeking a dynamic Education Program Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the minds of adolescent girls by providing them with 21st-century skills and Artificial Intelligence mindsets.

About the Role:

The Education Program Lead will be responsible for implementing programs, engaging stakeholders, developing curricula, conducting workshops, and providing mentorship to educators. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on education and contribute to the growth of young minds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of our Schools Program, ensuring effective delivery of the curriculum to teachers and learners.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials at the district, division, and state levels.
  • Curriculum Development: Anchor the implementation of new curricula for educators, ensuring they are well-versed in the content.
  • Capacity Building: Conduct and oversee workshops and training for educators, particularly on AI, coding, and computational thinking skills.
  • Mentorship: Support and provide consistent mentorship and hand-holding support to a team of secondary education specialists.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Ensure timely reporting and data analysis for the program to facilitate planning and reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience implementing school transformation programs with a strong focus on government school contexts.
  • Hands-on experience working with Artificial Intelligence, coding, computational skills, and or STEM is non-negotiable.
  • Prior experience in curriculum development, implementation design, and working with State Education Departments is essential.
  • Experience in educator capacity building is also necessary.
  • Relevant educational qualifications related to pedagogy, STEM, gender, and life skills content are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
  • A working fluency in Telugu is a plus point.
  • Strong IT skills and willingness to travel extensively are also necessary.
