Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Associate Director to lead our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) efforts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Merge Transformation:
  • Cultivate strategic business alignment by overseeing the integration of M&A deals into company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop synergy initiatives, cost-saving opportunities, and value drivers in deals.
  • Spearhead due diligence activities to identify risks, opportunities, and integration challenges.
  • Post-Merger Integration (PMI):
  • Develop comprehensive PMI plans to ensure seamless transitions and operational continuity.
  • Oversee the integration of business processes, systems, cultures, and teams across merged entities.
  • Monitor and report on integration progress, addressing issues proactively and driving continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Leadership & Execution:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for M&A projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Engage stakeholders, including executive leadership, business units, and external advisors.
  • Manage multiple M&A projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Financial & Operational Analysis:
  • Conduct financial analysis to support deal valuation, synergy assessment, and post-merger performance tracking.
  • Evaluate operational efficiencies, cost structures, and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, IT, and HR teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Change Management & Culture Integration:
  • Drive change management initiatives to support cultural alignment and employee engagement post-merger.
  • Develop communication strategies to manage stakeholder expectations and maintain morale.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement within the integration teams.
