Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our business transformation and operational excellence journey. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in scaling complex mobility/logistics/transport businesses, driving profit growth, building high-performing teams, and introducing innovative solutions in a dynamic ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership & Growth
    - Develop and implement overall strategic direction and operational excellence across functions.
    - Build and mentor a high-performance leadership team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
    - Drive expansion across geographies and service verticals.
    - Represent the organization with government, regulators, industry bodies, and strategic partners.
  • Commercial Operations & Technology Enablement
    - Oversee end-to-end operations: fleet, sourcing, supply chain, safety, finance, HR, and administration.
    - Develop business plans for cost optimization, scalability, and service excellence.
    - Build technology partnerships to enable large-scale digital transformation.
    - Champion a zero-accident, safety-first culture with compliance at the core.
  • P&L and Financial Management
    - Take full ownership of business profit growth, ensuring sustainable performance and profitability.
    - Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for EBITDA-positive results.
    - Implement cost efficiency and productivity enhancement models across value streams.
  • Marketing & Brand Building
    - Oversee digital marketing, customer engagement strategies, and brand visibility campaigns.
    - Enhance customer experience through service innovation and tech-driven initiatives.
    - Ensure market growth, fleet readiness, and service delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 20+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in mobility/ride-hailing/logistics/transportation/automotive.
  • Education: B.Tech/M.Tech + Full-time MBA/PGDM/Executive MBA.
  • Leadership experience as MD/COO/Business Head/Director with large-scale operations.
  • Expertise in launching greenfield operations, P&L management, cost optimization, digital transformation, stakeholder management.
  • Skills in strategic thinking, people leadership, regulatory liaison, financial governance, and sustainability orientation.
