Artistic Visionary

We seek an exceptional Artistic Visionary to spearhead our creative vision and direction.

As a hands-on leader, you will drive innovation and excellence across branding, digital, print, motion, and interactive projects.

You will oversee the development of impactful campaigns, websites, and ad creative that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and uphold the creative vision and direction for our institution.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team including graphic designers, copywriters, art directors, and UX/UI designers.
  • Collaborate with teams to translate briefs into powerful, engaging creative work.
  • Drive brand strategy and growth initiatives, ensuring consistent positioning and identity across all platforms.
  • Take ownership of campaign execution and outcomes, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business objectives.
  • Present and articulate creative ideas confidently to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a creative director role within a design agency or similar environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, successful campaigns, and digital/UX work.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant creative tools.
  • Deep understanding of branding, user experience, digital media, and print production.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
