Job Title: Creative Director Position Overview

We are seeking a creative visionary to lead our visual identity and drive design strategy across campaigns, websites, and ad creative.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines high-level conceptual thinking with execution, setting the tone for design and creative strategy. You will work closely with founders and marketing leads to translate brand strategy into impactful execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and uphold the creative vision for branding, digital, print, motion, and interactive projects.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary creative team including graphic designers, copywriters, art directors, and UX/UI designers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate briefs into powerful, engaging creative work.

You will drive brand strategy, growth initiatives, and management, ensuring consistent positioning and identity across all platforms. This role requires strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and presentation skills.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a creative director role within a design agency or similar environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, successful campaigns, and digital/UX work.

The ideal candidate has mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant creative tools, as well as a deep understanding of branding, user experience, digital media, and print production.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred.
